Write to support@rollphotos.app. A person answers, normally within one business day — and within 24 hours for anything involving objectionable content.
Report a photo or a guest
In the app, open the developed film, tap the frame and choose Report this photo or Block this guest. Reported frames leave the film immediately and we review them within 24 hours. You can also email us with the event name and roughly when the photo was taken.
Common questions
My guests can't scan the QR code
The QR opens a web page — no app to install. Make sure the phone has a data connection and that the camera app is allowed to open links. Any browser works; on iPhone, Safari.
The photos haven't appeared yet
Films develop at the reveal time you set when creating the event. Before that moment nobody can see them, including us. The film appears by itself once the reveal passes.
A guest ran out of frames
The frame cap is set per guest when you create the event and can't be topped up mid-event — that's the disposable-camera part. Create the next event with a bigger frame count.
How do I keep the photos?
Open the developed film and tap the download icon to save every frame to your camera roll, or tap a single frame and choose Save to Photos. Photos are deleted from Roll 12 months after the event.
Refunds
Roll is free during this launch. There is nothing to refund. If something went wrong, write to support@rollphotos.app and we will help.
Delete my account
In the app: You → Account → Delete account. It erases your account, your films and their photos permanently.
